Convergent facilitation

We are coming together in this Charter project to help define and create "wholeness" in the world and in our politics and governance.

Sectors are an important aspect of this ambition, because they are essential "parts" of this wholeness -- parts of the way we think, parts of the way society is organized. They must be brought together in collaborative and resonant ways to fully form the shared whole of our common experience.

In the real world, nobody can be expert at everything, and we all naturally gravitate towards areas -- sectors -- where we are skilled or are most interested. All these categories we list as sectors are important, and though they overlap and are not clearly distinct, each area plays an important role in our life as a society, and people and organizations in each sector contribute to our collective wellbeing.

See the discussion of project categories, semantic ontology and taxonomy for further consideration of these issues.
